If you ever adjust your Storrito subscription, whether you're upgrading, downgrading, or changing your billing cycle, your charges may be automatically adjusted. This process is called proration, and it ensures you're only billed for the time you actually use on each plan.
Proration is a fair way to adjust your bill when you change plans mid-cycle. Instead of restarting your billing from scratch, we (via our billing partner, Paddle) calculate the price difference based on how much time remains in your current billing period.

If you think this applies to your account, please don’t hesitate to contact our team. We’ll be happy to review your invoice and make any necessary adjustments manually.
We’ve set up billing so that:
That way, your access continues uninterrupted and you're only ever paying for what you’re using.
