If you're already logged into your Instagram account but need to access the login screen to reset your password, follow these steps:

Quick steps:

1. Open the Instagram app
2. Tap your username in the upper left corner
3. Select add account
4. Tap log into existing account
5. Select wwitch accounts
6. Tap get help logging in
7. Enter your username and tap next
8. Choose to receive a recovery email or SMS
