Credit Refunds
Customers may request refunds for unused credits. Approved refunds will be deducted from the customer's current credit balance.
Service Issues (Continuing Use)
Customers experiencing service-related issues who wish to continue using Storrito may be granted complimentary credits at Storrito's sole discretion.
Technical Issues
In the event of verified posting or connection issues, customers may be eligible for a credit equivalent to the affected usage.
Account Loss or Severe Service Limitations
In cases where a customer loses access to their Instagram account or encounters significant technical limitations that render the service unusable, refund requests will be reviewed individually.
