How to Use Storrito's Bulk Scheduling to Plan a Full Week of Stories

Storrito offers unlimited stories per Instagram account, which means bulk scheduling is the fastest way to plan and publish a full week of Instagram Stories from your desktop. Instead of scheduling one Story at a time, you can upload multiple images and videos and set individual publish times in a single session.

This post walks through how to use Storrito's bulk scheduling tool step by step.

What Bulk Scheduling Does

The bulk scheduling tool lets you schedule multiple Story images and videos at once. You select the files, choose a date and time for each one, and Storrito auto-posts them at the scheduled times. No further action is required after scheduling. The Stories go live automatically.

You can find the bulk scheduling tool in the sidebar of the Storrito editor. It is available on all plans.

Step 1: Prepare your content

Before you open the bulk scheduler, prepare your content for the week. This means having your images and videos ready to upload. Storrito supports common image formats and video files for Stories.

Think about what you want to post each day. A typical week might include product updates, behind-the-scenes content, customer highlights, and promotional Stories with link stickers. Having a rough plan makes the scheduling process faster.

Step 2: Upload your files

Open the Storrito editor and upload all the images and videos you want to schedule for the week. You can upload multiple files at once.

Step 3: Edit each Story

Before bulk scheduling, you can edit each Story individually. Storrito's editor lets you add Instagram stickers, text, and other interactive elements. This includes link stickers, poll stickers, quiz stickers, and question stickers.

If you are running a promotion, add a link sticker to the relevant Stories. If you want audience engagement, add a poll or quiz. Each Story can be customized independently.

Step 4: Upload to the bulk scheduling tool and set publishing times

Open the bulk scheduling view and add the Stories you wish to publish using the selection tool. Then, use the table to edit the date and time.

You can spread your Stories across the week however you like. Post one Story per day, or multiple Stories per day with different time slots.

Storrito will auto-post each Story at the exact time you set. There is no notification required. The Story goes live automatically.

Step 5: Review and Confirm

Before finalizing, review all your scheduled Stories. Check the publish times and dates, plus whether you have correctly selected or deselected Facebook crossposting. Make sure the order makes sense for your audience.

Once you are satisfied, confirm the schedule and Storrito will handle the rest.

Tips for Weekly Planning

Be consistent: Post at roughly the same times each day. This helps your audience know when to expect new content.

Mix content types: Alternate between informational Stories, interactive polls, and promotional content with link stickers. Variety keeps viewers engaged.

Use link stickers with context: Do not just add a link. Build context in the slides before it so viewers understand why they should tap.

Check your schedule against your team's availability: If public comments are enabled on your Stories, make sure someone can monitor comments during the hours your Stories are live.
