How To Download Your Invoices

Download your invoices via Storrito

Storrito is sold through our reseller Paddle.com, which handles tax compliance for us so we can sell Storrito worldwide.

You can download your invoices on the Subscription page inside the Storrito app (open Subscription in the sidebar).

Click Invoices next to your recent transactions. This opens Paddle's customer portal, where every payment is listed with its invoice:

Select the payment you need, click View invoice and download it. Paddle provides the invoice as a PDF, so there is no need to print the page.

Download your invoices via email

Paddle also emails you an invoice for every payment. Check your spam folder if you don't see the email. Inside the email, you'll find a View invoice button that opens your invoice in your web browser.

If you are on an older version of Storrito

If you are on an older version of Storrito (for example Storrito Standard, Professional or Enterprise), your invoices are not in Paddle's customer portal and Paddle does not provide them as a PDF. Open the invoice from Paddle's email and use your browser's print-to-PDF feature to save it:
