Storrito Subscription Cancellation

How to cancel your Storrito subscription

If Storrito no longer fits your needs, you can cancel your subscription anytime.

  1. Log in to your Storrito account
  2. Navigate to the Subscription view via the toolbar on the left-hand side
  3. Click Cancel subscription
  4. If prompted, leave us some feedback — we really appreciate it!
  5. Confirm your choice

Cancel Subscription

What happens after you confirm depends on which plan you're on.

Usage-based plans

Your subscription stays active until the end of your current billing period, and you won't be charged again.

  • You'll see (canceled) next to your subscription in Storrito
  • You can check the end date under End of your subscription in the Subscription panel
  • You can continue using Storrito until that date
  • All scheduled stories will still be posted until then
  • You can re-activate your subscription anytime before the end date if you change your mind

If you have unused credits, we can refund the remaining balance. This part isn't automated, so please contact support straight away when you cancel and we'll arrange the refund.

Legacy plans

If you're on an older Storrito plan, cancellation takes effect immediately. There is no option to cancel in preparation for the end of the current billing period — the subscription is removed right away and your account is converted to a free account.

Please note that once a legacy subscription is cancelled, it is not possible to return to that same plan.

Want to pause posting instead of canceling?

If you don't need to schedule or publish Stories for a while but want to keep your media assets safe, you can downgrade to the base plan instead of fully canceling.

  • The base fee is $4/month, which covers only asset storage ($3.10/month, rounded up)
  • Important: You must disconnect all Instagram accounts from your Storrito workspace to use this plan, otherwise you will be charged the connection fee ($15.50/month per Instagram account connection)
  • Once you're ready to begin scheduling and posting again, you'll need to set up all Instagram account connections again
