The Instagram grid maker is a free Storrito tool that splits a single image into nine tiles for a gapless 3x3 Instagram feed grid. It's built for Instagram's latest profile crop, so the columns line up cleanly the moment you post. Everything runs in your browser — no upload, no signup.

What you can do with it

• Upload an image: any photo or design works. The preview appears instantly inside a phone mockup so you can see how the grid will look on your actual profile.
• Crop or fit: full-bleed crop slices a centered region. Padded fit scales the whole image and adds white padding so important content near the edges stays visible. Toggle between them and pick whichever the preview looks best with.
• Live feed preview: the mockup uses 3:4 cells (Instagram's current profile thumbnail crop), so you see what your real profile will look like, not what the post composer shows.
• Download a ZIP of nine numbered JPEGs: each tile exports at full Instagram quality (1080x1350).

How to post the tiles

Post in reverse order: 9 first, then 8, 7, 6, and so on, with 1 last. Instagram shows posts newest-first, so when you finish, tile 1 sits in the top-left of your grid and tile 9 sits in the bottom-right — the original image is reassembled.

Space the uploads a few hours apart so any single follower only sees one or two in a row in their home feed.
