If you need to update your VAT information for your Storrito subscription, you can do so directly through your Paddle Billing account. Please follow the steps below:
- Go to the Subscription viewLog in to your Storrito account and navigate to the Subscription section.
- Access your invoicesIn the Subscription view, click on the option to view Invoices. This will redirect you to your Paddle Billing account.
- Update invoice detailsIn your Paddle account, select the option to view your Payments. Select from the list the payment you wish to update.
- Select update invoiceHere, you can add or edit your VAT information for invoicing purposes.
⚠️ Please note: VAT and invoice information can only be changed once in Paddle. Make sure all details are correct before submitting.
